Return Policy Overview

At Mikrí Theá, we hope you and your Little Gods & Goddesses adore their new clothes as much as we loved creating them! But we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. We’re happy to offer a 7-day return policy within the UAE, so you can shop with confidence. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate your return or exchange.

 

Returning Your Item

To ensure a smooth return process, please return items in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. Don’t forget to include your original receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service for safe delivery.

 

We’re delighted to offer free exchanges for size or colour swaps of the same product.

 

Damages and Issues

We want you to love your order! If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to us immediately at hello@mikrithea.com, and we’ll arrange a prepaid exchange for faulty items.

 

Exceptions

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.

 

Refund Process

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the transaction. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@mikrithea.com.
