At Mikrí Theá , we’re committed to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options within the UAE:

 

U.A.E. Shipping

 

FREE Standard Shipping: 2-3 days on all orders within the U.A.E.

 

20aed - Same Day Shipping: For orders placed before 12 pm, we offer same-day delivery, with your order arriving by 10 pm for when you need something in a hurry.

 

Shipping Costs

Standard and Same Day shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. We aim to keep shipping costs reasonable while providing efficient service.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after the cut-off time for Same Day Shipping or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery right up to your doorstep.

 

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in delays. If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@mikrithea.com, and our team will assist you.

 

Shipping Policy for Returns and Exchanges

  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we’ll arrange a pre-paid return label.
  • For exchanges, we offer free-of-charge shipping on size or color exchanges of the same product.

 

International Shipping -Coming Soon!

 

We ship internationally from the U.A.E. and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We use an express service, which may take between 5-10 business days, but subject to change depending on the destination country. Please be aware that all International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These charges are not included in your purchase or shipping costs. Mikrí Theá is not liable for any duties, taxes or handling fees which may be applied by customs at your delivery destination. For more information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.
